A 360° locking collar secures the 2-5/16" towing ball when in the open position. When in the closed position, the towing ball folds away and the locking collar secures down flat.

Add the optional safety chain U-bolts to increase towing safety and comply with specific Department of Transportation regulations. When not in use, the U-bolts are pulled down with spring action.
